Hi, I'm having problems completing my agreement for fall. When I try to fill out the forms the buttons linking to the documents are dead. Also, I am confirmed for push notifications, but am receiving none.
Hey Lauren, Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your account and I see what you are talking about.It seems that Julie set you up to have two signers for Alice. That means that the system expects two parents to be available to sign the documents. Because of the way digital documents work, it can't issue the document until it knows who both parents are.If you are the only one required to sign the document, then contact Julie and she will change the requirement to be a single signer. Once she does that, it will allow you to sign the document. If two signers are indeed correct, simply have the other signer register in the system. Once they are linked to Alice, it will allow you both to sign the documents.Please let me know if I can help in any other way.

Continuation of previous problem. Husband now signed up. It will let me sign, but Tim's signature is not accepted. We can't get past the attempt at signature. The blue 'accept' button remains shaded and unavailable even though the signature shows up in the signing area. Also: Tim and I have the same phone and same OS Apple 5s and running 9.3.2), yet his version of the app appears different. Lots more tabs in the engage section and more polished overall. Please let me know if I am using the "feedback" area too liberally.
You are not using feedback too much! That’s the whole point. :)
There is new version that was just approved by apple, so he must have just downloaded/updated the app within the last 2 hours. [you can update yours as well, its a better version]
The tricky thing about the echo sign documents is you have to provide the text version of your signature as well as your scribbles. Most likely, he has done his scribbling, but didn’t put his name in the box at the top. “Enter your full name here”. This is the same for your initials.
I have reached out to them to update their UI to make that a little more intuitive.. But I’m only one customer and they are adobe. Ha.
