We need to be able to send applications that allows for payment. Community members may not apply until after they have toured so it can't just be available to all. Perhaps they obtain a 'password' to indicate that they have toured? Or admin can just send it to families who have toured. They could also complete on school campus at the tour. Current Application is attached. We need to have a way to add a pic of child or family during the process so that we can more easily remember families.
